What to include in a support request
- Device model and Android version
- Short description of what happened
- Approximate local date and time
- Whether the issue involved voice, billing, or notifications
Closed-test checklist for testers
- Install the latest Play test build
- Finish onboarding in local mode
- Create at least one text reminder and one voice reminder
- Allow notifications and confirm reminder delivery works
- Open Inbox and use the AI report action once if needed
- Open Settings and review privacy, subscription, and deletion areas
Billing and deletion notes
If subscriptions are part of the current test build, billing is handled through Google Play. If account creation is not part of the current build, local data deletion in Settings is the main deletion path.
